ABOUT THIS UNIT
When the quarantine bells sound, the Mercy Retrieval Cell goes back for those left behind. Three characterful rescue models bring medical and recovery roles to Carrion Ward forces, narrative encounters and display collections.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Surgeon supplies one model with pressure medicine pack, diagnostic lantern and wound press. Orderly supplies one model with folded frame and winch equipment. Casualty Carry supplies one connected rescuer-and-casualty model; the carried casualty is integral and is not a fourth separate miniature. Full Set supplies all three distinct models.
BUYER OPTIONS
Without Base supplies no bases. With Base supplies one selected 25 mm, 28.5 mm or 32 mm round base for Surgeon or Orderly; one 50 mm round base for Casualty Carry; or two selected human bases plus one 50 mm round base for the Full Set. Base Size applies to Surgeon and Orderly only. Base choice does not alter miniature scale, and 50 mm is a recommended footprint rather than a guaranteed fit claim.
Clean grey or white-background images show the exact supplied designs. Painted and atmospheric images are presentation examples.
PHYSICAL PRODUCT
This listing is for physical resin miniatures. It is not an STL, digital download or printable file. The miniatures are supplied unpainted. Paints, glue, tools, scenery and other hobby materials are not included.
RESIN MINIATURE PREPARATION
Each miniature is printed, cleaned, cured and inspected before dispatch. Normal hobby preparation may include removing minor support marks, lightly filing contact points, dry fitting parts and assembling with cyanoacrylate superglue. Polystyrene plastic cement is not suitable for resin miniatures.
ORIGINAL HIGHLAND GAMING MINIS DESIGN
This is an original Highland Gaming Minis product, developed through a directed HGM creative process using AI-assisted concept and 3D design tools. All physical miniatures are produced, cleaned, cured, quality checked and packed by Highland Gaming Minis in our Inverness studio. We do not use an external print-on-demand fulfilment service.

Please contact us with clear photos of everything received so we can check exactly what needs replacing.
Where there has been a genuine packing error or transit breakage, we will usually resolve this by sending the specific missing or damaged part needed to complete your original order.

Custom and personalised orders
Message us through Etsy with clear reference images and the size or intended use you have in mind. We will confirm what is possible and provide a clear quotation through an Etsy custom order before paid work begins. Any digital design or preparation and physical printing included in the price will be stated in that custom order. Please keep all discussion and payment on Etsy.
Are these physical miniatures or STL files?
Unless a listing explicitly says it is a digital item, our miniature listings are for physical resin prints. Models are supplied unpainted and may require assembly, cleanup and normal hobby preparation. Scale, base and unit-size options are shown on each listing.
How long will my order take?
Our estimated dispatch time is 1–4 weeks, with delivery time added after dispatch. The current estimate is shown on each listing and during checkout. Every order is printed, checked and packed in-house. Large, personalised or unusually complex orders may require additional production time. Please contact us before ordering if you have a specific deadline.
Do the miniatures arrive painted?
Unless a listing clearly states otherwise, our miniatures are supplied as physical unpainted resin prints. Painted examples are used to demonstrate the sculpt and possible finished appearance.
Will the miniatures require assembly?
Some miniatures are supplied in multiple parts and may require assembly, support removal and normal hobby preparation. Please read the individual listing contents before ordering.
Are bases included?
Base inclusion varies between products and will be stated in the individual listing. Where a base is included, our standard option is normally a plain plastic base. Please contact us before ordering if you require confirmation or would like to discuss a resin-printed base.
Can you print miniatures at a different scale?
Alternative scales may be possible depending on the model. Please message us before ordering so we can check the dimensions, durability and price. Enlarging or reducing a model may affect small details and connection strength.
How do shipping, combined postage and customs work?
We currently do not ship to EU destinations. For every other available destination, Etsy shows delivery options at checkout.
Etsy automatically applies our reduced multi-item postage pricing, so additional items are not charged the full individual rate.
For US deliveries, import duties and fees are included in the checkout price. Buyers in other international destinations may be charged local customs, taxes or import fees by their country.
