WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Brownie Hearth-Spirit Set is an original Highland Gaming Minis collection of five Scottish-folklore miniatures from the Glen-Gloam Bestiary range, physically produced in resin by HGM.
Choose a single pose from poses 1-5, the complete five-pose set, a 10-model group or a 20-model group. The models work as hearth spirits, fae folk, fantasy villagers, tabletop NPCs, folklore encounters, painting projects and display miniatures.
SCALE AND BASES
Designed for 28-32mm tabletop gaming; the figures are approximately 28mm tall.
Choose Without Bases if you do not want bases. Choose With Bases if you want bases supplied, then enter your preferred round base size in the Base Size field: 25mm, 28.5mm or 32mm.
The Base Size answer only chooses the supplied base diameter. If Without Bases is selected, no bases will be supplied even if a base size is entered. Choosing 25mm, 28.5mm or 32mm does not change the price.
SUPPLY CONDITION
Supplied as physical unpainted resin miniatures. Models may require minor support cleanup, washing, test fitting and assembly before priming.
This is a physical printed resin product, not an STL file, digital download or painted display piece. Painted or rendered images are illustrative; grey model images show the physical product design.
ORIGINAL HGM DESIGN
Brownie Hearth-Spirit Set is an HGM Exclusive design by Highland Gaming Minis and manufactured in-house by HGM. We do not use a print-on-demand production partner.

This is a detailed collectible hobby miniature, not a toy. It may contain small, sharp or fragile parts and is not suitable for children. Handle cured resin responsibly, avoid sanding dust, and use appropriate protection if cutting, sanding or modifying the model.

Missing, damaged or incorrect parts
Please contact us with clear photos of everything received so we can check exactly what needs replacing.
Where there has been a genuine packing error or transit breakage, we will usually resolve this by sending the specific missing or damaged part needed to complete your original order.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Custom and personalised orders
Message us through Etsy with clear reference images and the size or intended use you have in mind. We will confirm what is possible and provide a clear quotation through an Etsy custom order before paid work begins. Any digital design or preparation and physical printing included in the price will be stated in that custom order. Please keep all discussion and payment on Etsy.
Are these physical miniatures or STL files?
Unless a listing explicitly says it is a digital item, our miniature listings are for physical resin prints. Models are supplied unpainted and may require assembly, cleanup and normal hobby preparation. Scale, base and unit-size options are shown on each listing.
How long will my order take?
Our estimated dispatch time is 1–4 weeks, with delivery time added after dispatch. The current estimate is shown on each listing and during checkout. Every order is printed, checked and packed in-house. Large, personalised or unusually complex orders may require additional production time. Please contact us before ordering if you have a specific deadline.
Do the miniatures arrive painted?
Unless a listing clearly states otherwise, our miniatures are supplied as physical unpainted resin prints. Painted examples are used to demonstrate the sculpt and possible finished appearance.
Will the miniatures require assembly?
Some miniatures are supplied in multiple parts and may require assembly, support removal and normal hobby preparation. Please read the individual listing contents before ordering.
Are bases included?
Base inclusion varies between products and will be stated in the individual listing. Where a base is included, our standard option is normally a plain plastic base. Please contact us before ordering if you require confirmation or would like to discuss a resin-printed base.
Can you print miniatures at a different scale?
Alternative scales may be possible depending on the model. Please message us before ordering so we can check the dimensions, durability and price. Enlarging or reducing a model may affect small details and connection strength.
How do shipping, combined postage and customs work?
We currently do not ship to EU destinations. For every other available destination, Etsy shows delivery options at checkout.
Etsy automatically applies our reduced multi-item postage pricing, so additional items are not charged the full individual rate.
For US deliveries, import duties and fees are included in the checkout price. Buyers in other international destinations may be charged local customs, taxes or import fees by their country.
