5️⃣ We prepare a digital preview for approval, then print and dispatch your unit.

Choose With Base or Without Base.
“With Base” includes one suitable plastic gaming base per model. Tell us the required base size through Etsy Messages before ordering.
“Without Base” means no bases are supplied.
🖼️ DESIGN NOTES
Send reference images only through Etsy Messages after contacting us, and only use images you own or have permission to use.
The finished unit is an artistic tabletop interpretation of the agreed concept. Small details may be adjusted so that the miniatures remain practical and printable at gaming scale.

Highland Gaming Minis designs, prints, prepares and fulfils this custom physical product in-house in Scotland. We do not use an external production partner or print-on-demand service.
⚠️ PRODUCT DETAILS AND SAFETY
Material: high-detail UV-cured resin.
Supplied unpainted and may require minor support-mark cleanup and assembly. Resin colour may vary according to available stock.
Adult hobby product, not a toy. Not suitable for children. Small and pointed parts may present choking or injury hazards. Wear eye protection and a particulate mask when sanding, drilling or filing cured resin, work in a well-ventilated area, avoid inhaling dust, and wash hands after handling.
By placing an order after the design has been discussed, you confirm that you have permission to use every submitted image.Scale, Height and Base Footprint
Our miniatures are normally scaled to suit the base footprint stated in the listing. Unless an exact height is specifically stated, the base footprint—not the model’s overall height—is the guaranteed size reference.
Where a listing includes a scale image, the estimated height shown applies to the exact model, pose and base footprint pictured. The same estimated height will also be stated in the listing description.
For general comparison, an armoured warrior designed for a 32 mm base will usually be smaller than versions designed for 40 mm, 50 mm, 60 mm, 75 mm, 90 mm or 120 mm footprints. However, there is no fixed conversion between base size and model height.
Overall height varies with pose, armour, weapons, wings, scenery and other design features.
If you require an exact overall height—or would like a model produced at a specific height—please contact us before ordering.

Missing, damaged or incorrect parts
Please contact us with clear photos of everything received so we can check exactly what needs replacing.
Where there has been a genuine packing error or transit breakage, we will usually resolve this by sending the specific missing or damaged part needed to complete your original order.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Custom and personalised orders
Message us through Etsy with clear reference images and the size or intended use you have in mind. We will confirm what is possible and provide a clear quotation through an Etsy custom order before paid work begins. Any digital design or preparation and physical printing included in the price will be stated in that custom order. Please keep all discussion and payment on Etsy.
Are these physical miniatures or STL files?
Unless a listing explicitly says it is a digital item, our miniature listings are for physical resin prints. Models are supplied unpainted and may require assembly, cleanup and normal hobby preparation. Scale, base and unit-size options are shown on each listing.
How long will my order take?
Our estimated dispatch time is 1–4 weeks, with delivery time added after dispatch. The current estimate is shown on each listing and during checkout. Every order is printed, checked and packed in-house. Large, personalised or unusually complex orders may require additional production time. Please contact us before ordering if you have a specific deadline.
Do the miniatures arrive painted?
Unless a listing clearly states otherwise, our miniatures are supplied as physical unpainted resin prints. Painted examples are used to demonstrate the sculpt and possible finished appearance.
Will the miniatures require assembly?
Some miniatures are supplied in multiple parts and may require assembly, support removal and normal hobby preparation. Please read the individual listing contents before ordering.
Are bases included?
Base inclusion varies between products and will be stated in the individual listing. Where a base is included, our standard option is normally a plain plastic base. Please contact us before ordering if you require confirmation or would like to discuss a resin-printed base.
Can you print miniatures at a different scale?
Alternative scales may be possible depending on the model. Please message us before ordering so we can check the dimensions, durability and price. Enlarging or reducing a model may affect small details and connection strength.
How do shipping, combined postage and customs work?
We currently do not ship to EU destinations. For every other available destination, Etsy shows delivery options at checkout.
Etsy automatically applies our reduced multi-item postage pricing, so additional items are not charged the full individual rate.
For US deliveries, import duties and fees are included in the checkout price. Buyers in other international destinations may be charged local customs, taxes or import fees by their country.
