The Burden and the Blade is a paired execution horror sculpt: one huge chained brute advancing like a walking prison of wrath, with a twisted blind execution warrior crouched on his shoulders, ready to leap. Together they form a single Bloodiron centrepiece model built around pressure, restraint, punishment, and silent violence.
In the Bloodiron Legion, wrath is not shown as freedom or strength. It is shown as a prison. Violence consumes the body, chains the mind, and turns the warrior into a vessel for punishment. The Burden and the Blade represents that idea physically: one body crushed into a walking weight of rage, the other twisted into the sudden edge of the sentence.
The brute carries a massive execution axe and is covered in chains, iron restraint plates, swollen pressure anatomy, and cracked strain details. The Blade above him adds speed, cruelty, and ritual menace, turning the model into a striking battlefield focal point.

SCALE AND USE
Designed for 28–32mm heroic scale wargames and dark fantasy tabletop collections.
This model works well as a boss, champion, monster infantry character, execution pair, warband centrepiece, army leader, or display miniature.
Compatible with OPR and Grimdark Future style games as an alternative miniature or thematic centrepiece. Please check your chosen game system, base sizes, and unit options before ordering.

Miniatures are supplied unpainted and may require light cleanup, sanding, assembly, or support mark removal before painting.
