Customization is a two-step process.

You must reach out to us to discuss your desired model before purchase so we can digitally design it for you. We will create the model and create a custom listing charge for our design time. We will share the model with you before the custom listing for your approval. There is no fee or custom charge for a direct photo/drawing to model design. Minor edits (removing objects, cleaning up details, change in base, minor pose tweak) cost £10. Moderate edits (multiple part changes, weapon swap, change pose, add or remove details) cost £15. More extensive edits (extensive rework, custom parts or kitbash, multiple revisions, complex pose changes) cost £20 and upwards. Purchase of design time is your first step.
