Digital design or image-to-model preparation is charged separately where required:
• Basic photo or drawing preparation: £10
• Minor modifications: £15
• Major modifications: from £25
• Complex custom work: quoted by complexity at approximately £30 per hour
We will always agree any design fee with you before you order.

1️⃣ Message us before purchasing with your idea and reference images.
2️⃣ We confirm feasibility, the required design work and any separate digital design fee.
3️⃣ We agree the pose, equipment, important details, size and base option.
4️⃣ Once everything is agreed, purchase only the option confirmed in Etsy Messages.
5️⃣ We prepare a digital preview for approval, then print and dispatch your miniature.
📏 SIZE AND BASE OPTIONS
Choose from the size options shown in the listing. Larger custom sizes may be possible on request.
Each size is available With Base or Without Base. “Without Base” means no base is supplied.
🖼️ DESIGN NOTES
This is an artistic miniature interpretation rather than a guaranteed exact replica. We aim to capture the recognisable character, pose, silhouette and key details in a tabletop-friendly sculpt. Fragile or extremely fine features may be adjusted so that the model prints reliably.
🏭 MADE IN-HOUSE
Highland Gaming Minis designs, prepares and prints every model in-house in Scotland using our own 3D-printing equipment. We do not use an external production partner.
⚠️ PRODUCT DETAILS AND SAFETY
Material: high-detail UV-cured resin.
Supplied unpainted and may require minor support-mark cleanup and assembly. Resin colour may vary according to available stock.
Adult hobby product, not a toy. Not suitable for children. Small and pointed parts may present choking or injury hazards. Wear eye protection and a particulate mask when sanding, drilling or filing cured resin, work in a well-ventilated area, avoid inhaling dust, and wash hands after handling.
By placing an order after the design has been discussed, you confirm that you have permission to use every submitted image.

Missing, damaged or incorrect parts
Please contact us with clear photos of everything received so we can check exactly what needs replacing.
Where there has been a genuine packing error or transit breakage, we will usually resolve this by sending the specific missing or damaged part needed to complete your original order.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Custom and personalised orders
Message us through Etsy with clear reference images and the size or intended use you have in mind. We will confirm what is possible and provide a clear quotation through an Etsy custom order before paid work begins. Any digital design or preparation and physical printing included in the price will be stated in that custom order. Please keep all discussion and payment on Etsy.
Are these physical miniatures or STL files?
Unless a listing explicitly says it is a digital item, our miniature listings are for physical resin prints. Models are supplied unpainted and may require assembly, cleanup and normal hobby preparation. Scale, base and unit-size options are shown on each listing.
How long will my order take?
Our estimated dispatch time is 1–4 weeks, with delivery time added after dispatch. The current estimate is shown on each listing and during checkout. Every order is printed, checked and packed in-house. Large, personalised or unusually complex orders may require additional production time. Please contact us before ordering if you have a specific deadline.
Do the miniatures arrive painted?
Unless a listing clearly states otherwise, our miniatures are supplied as physical unpainted resin prints. Painted examples are used to demonstrate the sculpt and possible finished appearance.
Will the miniatures require assembly?
Some miniatures are supplied in multiple parts and may require assembly, support removal and normal hobby preparation. Please read the individual listing contents before ordering.
Are bases included?
Base inclusion varies between products and will be stated in the individual listing. Where a base is included, our standard option is normally a plain plastic base. Please contact us before ordering if you require confirmation or would like to discuss a resin-printed base.
Can you print miniatures at a different scale?
Alternative scales may be possible depending on the model. Please message us before ordering so we can check the dimensions, durability and price. Enlarging or reducing a model may affect small details and connection strength.
How do shipping, combined postage and customs work?
We currently do not ship to EU destinations. For every other available destination, Etsy shows delivery options at checkout.
Etsy automatically applies our reduced multi-item postage pricing, so additional items are not charged the full individual rate.
For US deliveries, import duties and fees are included in the checkout price. Buyers in other international destinations may be charged local customs, taxes or import fees by their country.

Wow they turned 2D image into amazing 3D sculpt, never thought would have this opportunity to have sculpt of this image. Excellent product, really well packaged and very speedy delivery. Amazing quality, seller also does amazing custom orders/requests. Highly recommend
