We are a 3D printing business with the goal of providing a service for hobbyists, by hobbyists, first above all.
Our high-resolution miniatures are printed to the highest standards with the most advanced printing machines available at Elegoo. Premium Elegoo resin is used to make every detail pop.
You are buying an unpainted unassembled resin miniature(s), bases are supplied with a plastic base, unless otherwise stated, a customer can request the resin base in the picture and we will add a correct priced additional variation just let us know.
We are licensed to sell physical prints of the Oshounaminis, Print your Monsters, Fantastic Plants and Rocks, Duncan Shadow, and Den of Imagination ranges so you can be safe in the knowledge you are buying from a licensed seller, with the security of a returns policy and business support.
These models are sold under authorization of the owners of the designs and are not counterfeit or unauthorized in printing.
Please note that with any printed model, we do ensure that 99% of supports are removed and it is fully cured. Whilst care is taken in this, we hope you understand that there will potentially be a small amount of hobby work in preparation for assembly and painting.

PRINTING PROCESS
All our models are 28-32mm in scale (unless otherwise stated), printed in high-quality grey photopolymer resin at 0.03 micron detail using 12k resolution.
--- Supports are removed.
--- Models are washed using advanced washing machines.
--- They are fully cured before dispatch.
--- We use Elegoo water washable resin for a high-quality finish.
Safety even in the hive: A little light sanding and assembly may be needed before you dive into painting. Please use appropriate PPE when sanding resin. Please note resin is suitable for customers 12+ years of age. Please help keep the hobby safe. Resin safety guide is supplied.
DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch your order within 1 - 4 weeks via Royal Mail 2nd Class 48 hour Tracked. Every model is safely and securely packaged.

These miniatures are crafted from high-quality resin and are designed for tabletop gaming, display, and other hobby-related activities.
Not suitable for children under 14 years of age due to small parts, sharp edges, and potential choking hazards.

Handle with Care
Edges and details on resin miniatures can be sharp. Use fine-grit sandpaper or files to smooth any rough or sharp areas during preparation.
Wear Protective Equipment During Preparation
When sanding or filing resin, always wear a dust mask and safety goggles to avoid inhaling fine dust particles, which can cause respiratory irritation. Work in a well-ventilated area.
Use in Well-Ventilated Areas
When painting or priming miniatures, use in a ventilated space and follow the safety instructions for paints, primers, and adhesives.

Missing, damaged or incorrect parts
Please contact us with clear photos of everything received so we can check exactly what needs replacing.
Where there has been a genuine packing error or transit breakage, we will usually resolve this by sending the specific missing or damaged part needed to complete your original order.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Custom and personalised orders
Message us through Etsy with clear reference images and the size or intended use you have in mind. We will confirm what is possible and provide a clear quotation through an Etsy custom order before paid work begins. Any digital design or preparation and physical printing included in the price will be stated in that custom order. Please keep all discussion and payment on Etsy.
Are these physical miniatures or STL files?
Unless a listing explicitly says it is a digital item, our miniature listings are for physical resin prints. Models are supplied unpainted and may require assembly, cleanup and normal hobby preparation. Scale, base and unit-size options are shown on each listing.
How long will my order take?
Our estimated dispatch time is 1–4 weeks, with delivery time added after dispatch. The current estimate is shown on each listing and during checkout. Every order is printed, checked and packed in-house. Large, personalised or unusually complex orders may require additional production time. Please contact us before ordering if you have a specific deadline.
Do the miniatures arrive painted?
Unless a listing clearly states otherwise, our miniatures are supplied as physical unpainted resin prints. Painted examples are used to demonstrate the sculpt and possible finished appearance.
Will the miniatures require assembly?
Some miniatures are supplied in multiple parts and may require assembly, support removal and normal hobby preparation. Please read the individual listing contents before ordering.
Are bases included?
Base inclusion varies between products and will be stated in the individual listing. Where a base is included, our standard option is normally a plain plastic base. Please contact us before ordering if you require confirmation or would like to discuss a resin-printed base.
Can you print miniatures at a different scale?
Alternative scales may be possible depending on the model. Please message us before ordering so we can check the dimensions, durability and price. Enlarging or reducing a model may affect small details and connection strength.
How do shipping, combined postage and customs work?
We currently do not ship to EU destinations. For every other available destination, Etsy shows delivery options at checkout.
Etsy automatically applies our reduced multi-item postage pricing, so additional items are not charged the full individual rate.
For US deliveries, import duties and fees are included in the checkout price. Buyers in other international destinations may be charged local customs, taxes or import fees by their country.
