MADE BY HIGHLAND GAMING MINIS
We print every model ourselves in-house using high-detail grey photopolymer resin. Each part is washed, fully cured and carefully checked before dispatch. We do not use a print-on-demand production partner.
PREPARATION AND SAFETY
Minor support marks may remain, so a little hobby preparation, sanding and assembly can be required before priming and painting. Wear a suitable mask and eye protection when sanding resin and work in a well-ventilated area. This is a hobby model for ages 14+ and contains small parts.
DELIVERY
Made to order and securely packaged. Our normal dispatch estimate is shown by Etsy at checkout. Please contact us before ordering if you need the model for a particular date.
WildMesh designed the digital sculpt. Highland Gaming Minis is licensed to manufacture and sell this physical resin print.Please note: We supply plastic bases unless otherwise specified. If a model is part of a scene (for example, a leg raised on rocks) where the pose on the base, we include that in the print. Any textured bases shown in the first painted sample image are for illustration purposes only—please refer to the grey images to see the actual product you will receive.

Missing, damaged or incorrect parts
Please contact us with clear photos of everything received so we can check exactly what needs replacing.
Where there has been a genuine packing error or transit breakage, we will usually resolve this by sending the specific missing or damaged part needed to complete your original order.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Custom and personalised orders
Message us through Etsy with clear reference images and the size or intended use you have in mind. We will confirm what is possible and provide a clear quotation through an Etsy custom order before paid work begins. Any digital design or preparation and physical printing included in the price will be stated in that custom order. Please keep all discussion and payment on Etsy.
Are these physical miniatures or STL files?
Unless a listing explicitly says it is a digital item, our miniature listings are for physical resin prints. Models are supplied unpainted and may require assembly, cleanup and normal hobby preparation. Scale, base and unit-size options are shown on each listing.
How long will my order take?
Our estimated dispatch time is 1–4 weeks, with delivery time added after dispatch. The current estimate is shown on each listing and during checkout. Every order is printed, checked and packed in-house. Large, personalised or unusually complex orders may require additional production time. Please contact us before ordering if you have a specific deadline.
Do the miniatures arrive painted?
Unless a listing clearly states otherwise, our miniatures are supplied as physical unpainted resin prints. Painted examples are used to demonstrate the sculpt and possible finished appearance.
Will the miniatures require assembly?
Some miniatures are supplied in multiple parts and may require assembly, support removal and normal hobby preparation. Please read the individual listing contents before ordering.
Are bases included?
Base inclusion varies between products and will be stated in the individual listing. Where a base is included, our standard option is normally a plain plastic base. Please contact us before ordering if you require confirmation or would like to discuss a resin-printed base.
Can you print miniatures at a different scale?
Alternative scales may be possible depending on the model. Please message us before ordering so we can check the dimensions, durability and price. Enlarging or reducing a model may affect small details and connection strength.
How do shipping, combined postage and customs work?
We currently do not ship to EU destinations. For every other available destination, Etsy shows delivery options at checkout.
Etsy automatically applies our reduced multi-item postage pricing, so additional items are not charged the full individual rate.
For US deliveries, import duties and fees are included in the checkout price. Buyers in other international destinations may be charged local customs, taxes or import fees by their country.

Bought 2 models, very well crafted and very happy with the purchase. Dispatched promptly by the seller. For some reason Royal Mail took an age to deliver after they received these, nothing to do with the seller.
