Are these physical miniatures or STL files?
Unless a listing explicitly says it is a digital item, our miniature listings are for physical resin prints. Models are supplied unpainted and may require assembly, cleanup and normal hobby preparation. Scale, base and unit-size options are shown on each listing.
How long will my order take?
Our estimated dispatch time is 1–4 weeks, with delivery time added after dispatch. The current estimate is shown on each listing and during checkout. Every order is printed, checked and packed in-house. Large, personalised or unusually complex orders may require additional production time. Please contact us before ordering if you have a specific deadline.
Do the miniatures arrive painted?
Unless a listing clearly states otherwise, our miniatures are supplied as physical unpainted resin prints. Painted examples are used to demonstrate the sculpt and possible finished appearance.
Will the miniatures require assembly?
Some miniatures are supplied in multiple parts and may require assembly, support removal and normal hobby preparation. Please read the individual listing contents before ordering.
Are bases included?
Base inclusion varies between products and will be stated in the individual listing. Where a base is included, our standard option is normally a plain plastic base. Please contact us before ordering if you require confirmation or would like to discuss a resin-printed base.
Can you print miniatures at a different scale?
Alternative scales may be possible depending on the model. Please message us before ordering so we can check the dimensions, durability and price. Enlarging or reducing a model may affect small details and connection strength.
How do shipping, combined postage and customs work?
We currently do not ship to EU destinations. For every other available destination, Etsy shows delivery options at checkout.
Etsy automatically applies our reduced multi-item postage pricing, so additional items are not charged the full individual rate.
For US deliveries, import duties and fees are included in the checkout price. Buyers in other international destinations may be charged local customs, taxes or import fees by their country.

Absolutely love this mini as a proxy for the Tranceweaver. As I said on my review of the Daemonette proxies, these are just more interesting (and less hit by a train of ugly sticks) model compared to Game Workshop's official Tranceweaver, and oh dear lord the price difference also.... Absolutely happy with this model, I'll update the review when I finally get a chance to paint her.

The print was amazing, its a great figure, I really do like what Den of Imagination are doing with their range of 'Slaanesh' Demons. I had this one upscaled to 150% as I wanted the Masque to take a more exalted/Daemon Prince role as she's currently not in the book. (If GW adds her later I will just have a larger Masque) The upscale was perfect, and as with previous orders she was 99% cleaned and packaged well. There were just a couple of bits to clean, file down, a few minutes work, just excellent service all round. Now mine is converted, but they would look great at this larger scale even as the standard mini. Have added a pic alongside her 32mm version (so you can see how she looks at that scale, alongside a Primaris Marine and an Imperial Guardsman.
