PREPARATION AND SAFETY
Small support marks may remain and light cleaning, sanding or fitting can be required before assembly. Resin dust can be harmful: wear a suitable mask and eye protection when sanding, and work in a well-ventilated area. Wash hands after handling. Not suitable for children under 14 due to small parts and sharp points.
DELIVERY
Models are securely packed and dispatched using the delivery estimate shown by Etsy. Combined postage is applied where available. If you have a question about contents or bases, please message us before purchasing.
LICENSING
Highland Gaming Minis is authorised to manufacture and sell physical prints of this WildMesh design. We manufacture the item ourselves and do not use a production partner. WildMesh retains ownership of the original digital design.

Missing, damaged or incorrect parts
Please contact us with clear photos of everything received so we can check exactly what needs replacing.
Where there has been a genuine packing error or transit breakage, we will usually resolve this by sending the specific missing or damaged part needed to complete your original order.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Custom and personalised orders
Message us through Etsy with clear reference images and the size or intended use you have in mind. We will confirm what is possible and provide a clear quotation through an Etsy custom order before paid work begins. Any digital design or preparation and physical printing included in the price will be stated in that custom order. Please keep all discussion and payment on Etsy.
Are these physical miniatures or STL files?
Unless a listing explicitly says it is a digital item, our miniature listings are for physical resin prints. Models are supplied unpainted and may require assembly, cleanup and normal hobby preparation. Scale, base and unit-size options are shown on each listing.
How long will my order take?
Our estimated dispatch time is 1–4 weeks, with delivery time added after dispatch. The current estimate is shown on each listing and during checkout. Every order is printed, checked and packed in-house. Large, personalised or unusually complex orders may require additional production time. Please contact us before ordering if you have a specific deadline.
Do the miniatures arrive painted?
Unless a listing clearly states otherwise, our miniatures are supplied as physical unpainted resin prints. Painted examples are used to demonstrate the sculpt and possible finished appearance.
Will the miniatures require assembly?
Some miniatures are supplied in multiple parts and may require assembly, support removal and normal hobby preparation. Please read the individual listing contents before ordering.
Are bases included?
Base inclusion varies between products and will be stated in the individual listing. Where a base is included, our standard option is normally a plain plastic base. Please contact us before ordering if you require confirmation or would like to discuss a resin-printed base.
Can you print miniatures at a different scale?
Alternative scales may be possible depending on the model. Please message us before ordering so we can check the dimensions, durability and price. Enlarging or reducing a model may affect small details and connection strength.
How do shipping, combined postage and customs work?
We currently do not ship to EU destinations. For every other available destination, Etsy shows delivery options at checkout.
Etsy automatically applies our reduced multi-item postage pricing, so additional items are not charged the full individual rate.
For US deliveries, import duties and fees are included in the checkout price. Buyers in other international destinations may be charged local customs, taxes or import fees by their country.

EDIT: The seller reached out and offered to send a replacement - fantastic customer service, highly recommended. Overall I am happy with the purchase - the models look great and the delivery was very quick. I ordered a unit of 3, expecting to receive 1qty of each body type pictured in the listing, but unfortunately I have received 1qty of one and 2qty of another, which is a bit disappointing. The item description does not state a guarantee of each of the three designs, but also doesn't mention if it is randomised. Not the end of the world however and I am happy with the items.
